I'm stunned by how rude Alex is. I found an exploit with his platform. Mozilla plugin called "Download all images" is able to delete content directly from the database. This is the response I got from Alex:

Just because an extension triggers some links towards deleting profile images doesn’t mean it’s an exploit.

It means it uses the same css/js class names as my plugin and when action is triggered from your extension it also calls unwanted calls.

I am not going to change my js and CSS id’s for your or anyone else’s extensions."
