upon support expiry they have sent me update, once i have updated the theme, theme option have been disappear from the admin panel. they are playing with client and forcing them to buy support.

This is not cheating. You are not only our client there are thousand of user , who use this theme . They have no issue you can check comment. May be you done any mistake which cause this. Check all plugin is activated or not. Specialty laundry core and redux framwork
