I bought this a while back and I was never able to use. I've emailed customer service many times and no help. Basically, I can design the email in their layout builder, but when I'm finished and want to save the project, the "Save File" button does not work (not active). I've tried downloading it without doing any changes to the email and I can do it, but after a few edits, the option is no longer available. I wish someone from customer service would help, because as it stands, it's a waste of money.
