To be fair, a 3 star review was given! We found a few good tools and functions like Floor number, manpower, an their iconal inventory system for example. Our concern is that we found the instructions confusing and very limited and/or out-of-date in some areas. Second, the demo version they are running in Envato is outdated. The version clients purchase has a different format or functionality in some areas.

We were attracted by this plugin because you can do pricing by items like the description and demo show. That was the main feature for us. Price per article x distance = $$ Now, is different. You need to calculate the cubic space of each article, create a distance / space / rate factor table then multiply the factor with distance. Very confusing beside nobody here can explain to be how to calculate the rate factor. There's is a second problem...not all the appliances are equal in size. So one fridge lets say can be 4 cubic feet and other fridge is 6 but because sizing now need to be pre-determined by 1 cubic size measure when creating the article, you can't charge fairly based on size!

Plugin doesnet allow us to change the colors. Appearance tab is faulty.

People from support did answered every email promptly and helped me to setup the map. We discovered that you need to activate billing in google before activating API's for maps. Maybe add this to instructions for future clients.

Its a fairly good plugin if you handle moving by cubic space and have med / large containers. For small movers who like the per item price like my client, you can only use the inventory quote request tool but cant give instant pricing neither receive payment online because pricing will be not available.
