I brought this product 11 days ago and have reported about the issue on the same day. They asked us for url and logo but its been more then 8 days neither I get the solution for the issue or nor i get the APK file. They even don't have a proper documentation to setup the APP. They just have included the software to install but they haven't included any guidelines and full process to make it working. Not any screenshot and video tutorial.
