Thank you so much for your valuable opinion.

However, we should also reveal our side of the story.

After purchasing you asked us to deploy the app for you. We complied with your request and deployed it for you for free. Then you again contacted us with a 'feature request' which we took into consideration and added the feature. Then you paid us $22 to deploy the new version of the app for you which we did. That deal was closed.

Then you came to us again with a possible bug (which is not a bug but a feature which was there in the app since the beginning). We also took that into consideration and chose to remove that from our app and we did. Now after 10 days you came to us today asking to deploy the updated version to your hosting which you're saying is a part of our last deal of $22. Even if that feature is a bug (which we already removed it from our app and updated it), we can't deploy it for you for free.

Our deal of $22 was only for deploying the updated version of the 'feature request' to your hosting, not to deploy the updated version of the bug fix.

Besides that, our developer was not rude at all. Whereas, you were the one who rudely behaved and used bad words.

It is also worth mentioning that codes in Codecanyon does not have automatic updates which you claimed it does.
