Honestly the product itself is decent, but I'm finding the customer service to be lacking. I run multiple websites, and use the same code for them all, yet I find a major glitch in their systems and no contact whatsoever... I guess no one's interested to find the glitch.

If you use the same license code on multiple websites you need to know that you're breaking the license policy. One Regular License must be used on a single web domain only.
Did you open a support ticket request on our platform? We couldn't find any from this username.
