One of the few Word Press themes that resembles an AirBnB type of multi-location booking site. My use is for a single-owner rental property site, with multiple rental units.
Team is very helpful and courteous communicating, but it can be awkward because they are overseas and their working hours do not align to those stateside in the U.S.
Sometimes parts of the theme that seems like it should be fully customizable for tax pricing on bookings, etc. are not.
And sometimes some issue that seems like it should be simple to resolve or receive help with support is less than simple to fix, and an occasional support request has ultimately been unable to be resolved to full satisfaction.
(Ex: the final step suggested is a third-party make-do, and not necessarily a theme-supported resolution.)
Would be great to see many of these UX issues fixed with future updates to the theme. Hopefully that will be the case.
Again, the team is courteous and strives to be helpful.

For extra taxes on bookings we worked hard to implement the woo commerce payment solution so clients can add the taxes according to all possible regulations in all countries. The solution we have now with WooCommerce as payment can allow you to add extra taxes to the total value on woo commerce checkout page without changing anything in code. We will gladly assist in support with the exact steps if you need further help.
