I have purchased this item and tried installing it myself. Unfortunately, I didn't notice there was something missing. Long story short, I got in touch with the support team via email and they were more than willing to help. At the end, they remotely fixed the issue and my business staff is now happy they have a modern and flexible platform to clock in and do more than just that. Great job guys!
