Regarding Setup and Edit:
As far as setup is concerned, theme comes with one click demo import. Just install plugins and a click to import demo. Link will be up as it is in demo.
Hope you have not missed to check online basic set up guide.

Rest for customizing theme uses - 'Customizer' and popular page builder 'Elementor'. Both are considered very user friendly and common now a days.
