The worst customer support ! There is no answer, no reply in even support period. I don't understand why this kind of guys sell this item. I think this seller item is good but If he supports a little bit intensively and help buyer set up easily, this item has huge potential to sell

if PHP's mail() function doesn't work, 100% even 101% sure is not a problem from the script.
If you try to set up an STMT account and it doesn't work, I suspect a single problem: wrong password.
I'm afraid I can't help you with problems that are not present in this script but on your server. For that matter I recommend you to contact your server administrator.
