I thoroughly researched this theme in comparison to like themes in the space and chose this for its features, design flexibility, ease of use (customer and admin), and support. I was hesitant with service being in eastern Europe initially, but found QL responsive and helpful.
If you're an advanced user of WP, then this theme is a breeze... when it's updated. There was significant pain with some plug-in's that either needed updating or the theme needed updating early on. The single greatest criticism is in the time delay from US to Poland from Thur as you're not likely to receive a response until Tues. That delay was totally unacceptable. However, as we (both me and QL) learned how to navigate communication between one another, answers came quickly and thoroughly. I was very direct and honest in telling QL I'm a pain in the ass and I've earned that right. Getting a site up and running effectively and efficiently will take some time. Learning the tips and tricks of a new theme is also a bit of a learning curve as elements I've experienced with other themes were placed in unusual locations (from my experience).
Again, QL did an admirable job of understanding what's working, what's not and how to resolve issues promptly. Here's what you need to know: 1) for the money, there's no other better theme for this market, 2) regardless whether you're able to solve all your issues with them or on your own, 100 days free support is outstanding (I completed 98% of my challenges within 30 days), 3) use ShareX to capture images of what's not working for you to send to QL, 4) always include your ftp and login credentials to AVOID message tag (biggest irritation - can't afford a 4 day drag only to receive 'send me your credentials'), 5) proof read your message before sending reply to ensure youre not thinking out loud. 6) be patient - they're very responsive as long as you explain your issues clearly and concisely. This theme is well worth $100, $200 or more...$69 is a steal!
