Great team but bad support. Amateur support team that'll tell you it's impossible to fix major issues. My friend fixed all the issues in one afternoon in a child theme. So no, it wasn't impossible to do. They refused my refund so I'll stick with the theme the updates for what it's worth. I've bought more than 15 themes on Envato and this is the second time I face such bad support. Stay away, there's plenty of more modern portfolio themes nowadays.
