All javascript functions related to basket management and order calculations are hardcoded. There's noe easy way for customization and no guidance on managing order items dynamically. Think of it as a static nice looking theme or template, not more.

Since it is not a Wordpress or some other CMS plugin but a clean, simple HTML, jQuery, PHP based code, managing order items dynamically is not possible at the moment. Nowhere is written that the components will be manageable from backend dynamically.
