that was the date when I submitted a ticket to your services asking for some help with the website as it had a few bugs.
Since then, no reply to this day.
I will request a refund as soon as I finish this review. Just ridiculous and looking at the reviews others are or have been on the same predicament as I am.

I am sorry for the bad experience with our theme, we are having issues of lock downs due to covid19, we were not able to keep up our support team, we are here now hopefully all your issues will be resolved, please provide me your ticket ID so that i could ask my team to resolve your issues ASAP.
