I have checked many jobs templates and design of this job portal template is my favorite. Each of its pages has some cool design feature which one can miss at first look but after spend couple weeks on it I discovered many great things.
Html is easy to manipulate.

I would be in seven heaven if page will have "select2" feature in similar style as tagcomplete.
