PRO: Support is helpful to a minor degree, limited hours, no after hours, no weekend, mostly their work day in India. Meaning you loose part of the USA day with limited availability.

CONS:
The slide show has issues right from the download and does not function like a normal responsive slide show.

You can not mix and match Headers / Slide shows / Banners as you are lead to believe. Only certain slide shows work with certain headers, and this is not disclosed.

It is not as customizable as you are lead to believe. Not all controls are in the theme controller, and we still ended up editing a ton of theme files to adjust the layout.

Documentation is poor-fair.

Themeforest also did not reply to assistance in dealing with the developer (clock still ticking four days in).
