I agree with another user's review of this theme being buggy and lacking support.

I bought it 3 years ago and have never been able to get it to work correctly. The demo importer is not working, always gives an error and it stalls about 1/4th of the way when installing and brakes the entire website.

I've contacted support several times but have not been able to resolve this issue. Support questions are either not answered or are 1 sentence responses that seem like they did not even read the resolutions that I already tried.
