I am taking my words back. My frustration was quickly changed to the better by a quick answer to my review by Select Support.

I wrote a short review describing how the theme is lacking updates - and rated the theme and it's author with one star.
As my support period was expired I found it troubling and problematic that I no longer could write the support team regarding updates. But I was unaware that it is possible to write them directly.
