Alot of bugs in this theme.
The admin options panel does not fully work: 1) the main color change from yellow to whatever doesn't work (so you'll need to know css), 2) the header selector does not work. 3) support is very bad and doesn't respond in a timely fashion (it's been over 48 hours since my last message and no response when they claim 24 hours - I think the support is overseas based on an initial response). Support doesn't know the product well, I informed them how their own theme was coded while troubleshooting an issue. 4) the logo is coded like a square, so you'll need css skills to adjust the logo - otherwise just uploading a horizontally oriented logo causes tiny logo syndrome ;)
There are a ton of other little bugs... I can't change themes at this point either because my client approved this design. Thankfully i have html/css/js coding skills - but didn't account for all the tweaking you will need to do. If you didn't, you won't be able to use the admin panel like you should be able to.
Very broken, 48hr+ support response (maybe due to location?)... A GREAT DESIGN poorly executed on the tech side.

You should understand that we handle a lot of tickets each day and that we sort our requests by date / descending. So, have a little patience, thank you in advance!
1. Main theme color option doesn't change every color of every element that you see in the page. Depending on the page content, main theme color could change only a single separator or border around some element, because our pages are built with WPBakery page builder and some of it's elements already have color settings within, so main theme color won't affect them.
2. Don't know what "header selector" are you referring to, it would be helpful to explain this a bit better and provide some more feedback, so we can try to understand and fix this, if it's up to the theme.
3. As said in the beginning, your claim on the response time is not true, please look at the screenshot. When it comes to our agents and their knowledge, we can stand behind each and every one of them, because they're highly trained professionals that know our themes and their options better than anyone else.
4. Logo size is not hardcoded and it depends on the actual logo size that you upload and header height. If you set tiny header height, your logo will be shrinked accordingly.
If you encounter any other issue, please let our agents know and they'll do their best to help you out. Until then, we would appreciate if you could change your rating to something more realistic, because we think our theme and support agents deserve much better than this.
