I have no doubt that the Total theme should rate very highly for features, customisabilty, design quality and flexibily. But being a Newbie, a lot of this stuff is still way above my head; That is why support is so important. And support for the theme is brilliant. It's quick, responsive and patient (something I need, cos' I ain't quick just yet...).

Very happy with my purchase, and when totally familiar with the theme, I will be getting additional licenses for new sites.
