The support that theme author give is ok.
But the theme limit yourself on purpose, that is pretty bad, aven if by accessing a certain url you cant unlock some normal feature of the page builder that the author look away from you.

WooCommerce 3.3 is out since a while now, and was available in beta a long time too.
Most theme upgrade before WooCommerce is release, but this theme always upgrade months after, for an E-Commerce focused theme i found that innaceptable...
Theme is ok, but i give 3 stars because lack of upgrade, follow up, and lack of usability.
Hope you could improve your product in the future.

Thanks for your feedback, we definitely appreciate hearing how we can improve both our service and products and we’ll strive to be better in future. We allow full VC access to advanced users that requires that. Please email our support line to request the special key that unlocks all the VC elements. For big WooCommerce releases, we normally give them a month to rectify issues before we implement them, seeing that they had many releases in the past where bugs where found. We then also do extensive testing to make sure the update is stable and would not break any of our user's themes.
