18 months ago, I did setup the themes and everything was good. Every time I got a notice that have theme update, I always click to update and nothing happen.

Until one day, again, I click update and got error in Theme Setting (lost the save button). That is a bug, pixelgrade should ask and fix them.

I just go support, and receive a message "“Your support period for your Bucket purchase has ended on. Just like your car or home, your website needs regular maintenance to perform well."

Confirmed by constantinradu that I have to pay for support although the bug just because of their updating.
