The technical support is a joke. You need to wait 7 days to get half an answer by incompetent people.
This theme is probably discontinued (the developer has left). They still try to sell the theme anyway.

The CMS Grid is bugged and unusable. I've been waiting for them to fix it for 3 weeks now...
