The final presentaton is excellent. But structure is so complex that requires many many files to load. The css is so big that makes non-sense trying to make slight changes, better to rewrite it. The loading time exceeds the time budget I have for my customers.

I really appreciate you taking time to provide feedback, but there is only 1 single css file for template, and "many files" that you indicate are Sass files, which make complex CSS easy to edit for people who know Sass. Also, I am sorry but I still can't provide you the demo images for free because they are licensed for demo only. Thank you.
